There are two ATMs on property: Lower Level near Town Center Shoe Repair (Center Court Entrance) & on the Upper Level in the Food Court, next to Kay Jewelers.

Baby changing stations are inside the Family Restrooms located in the Food Court, Entrance Two and Upper Level JCPenney. Please Note: The Upper Level JCPenney location is closed. Please utilize the Food Court and Starrcade Lower Level for this amenity.

Don’t want to walk to the food court? Now you don’t have to. Visit our vending area on the Lower Level JCPenney Wing, complete with Coke and food vending machines. Tables and chairs have been added for our shoppers and tenants to enjoy their soft drinks and snacks. Coke machines are placed throughout the mall on the upper and lower levels.

Curbside & Express Parking pick up spots are located in the lot by JCPenney, as well as in the lot between Macy’s Men’s & Furniture and the former Sears building.

This property features enhanced cellular connectivity that improves the signal strength and brings the cell phone tower inside of the mall.

EV charging stations are located in the parking lot near JCPenney, by the Food Court entrance. Macy’s offers additional units in the parking lot between Macy’s & Food Court entrance.

There are 4 family restrooms – two in the Food Court, one down near the mall entrance near Entrance Two’s Lower Level, and one on the Upper Level JCPenney Wing, near the play area.

Please note: The family restroom on the Upper Level JCPenney Wing is temporarily closed.

Have you lost something while shopping at Town Center at Cobb? Simply come by the Management Office behind Chick-fil-A or call Security at (770) 424-7615, to see if it was turned in.

Mall walkers are invited to walk in the mall for healthy exercise during mall operating hours which are Monday – Thursday from 11:00am to 8:00pm, Friday – Saturday from 10:00am to 9:00pm and Sunday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. The mall will not be opening early for mall walkers at this time.

Indoor charging stations are available on the Upper Level near Macy’s Furniture and in other various locations throughout the mall.

For your convenience, restrooms are located in the Food Court and near Entrance Two’s Lower Level, near the Security Office. Family restrooms are located in both of those restroom areas, as well as upstairs next to JCPenney.

The Security office and mini substation for Cobb County PD are located near Entrance Two’s Lower Level. Lost & Found is also located in Security.

Relax and recharge at our Rejuvenation Stations located near Entrance Two’s Lower Level and Upper Level next to Hot Topic. Does your phone or laptop need charging? You can do it at our Rejuvenation Stations! There are also soft seating areas located on JCPenney’s Upper Level, and Macy’s and Entrance Two’s Lower Level.

Strollers are available in the Kiddie Kruzzer machines located at the Lower Level, JCPenney wing for a rental fee of $5.00. A .50 cent refund is available when you return your Kiddie Kruzzer to the original location. In order for it to work properly do not place the child in the stroller until you have released it.

Wheelchairs are complimentary and located on the Upper Level at the entrance of Macy’s Furniture Gallery (across from the food court). Call the number listed for assistance.

Ride the Cobb County Transit System to and from Town Center at Cobb. The bus stops at the upper level, outside of the JCPenney store, several times daily. Visit Here for route descriptions and schedules.

Outside of the Food Court Main Entrance between JCPenney & Entrance Two’s Lower Level.

The Big Owl Bus supplies shuttle service to the mall for Kennesaw State University students on Friday & Saturday from 12-7pm. The drop off/pick-up area is located by the mall entrance between JCPenney & Entrance Two’s Lower Level. Click here for the most up-to-date info and routes.
