Role Overview:

As a Part-Time Merchandise Leader, you will be instrumental in upholding American Eagle's brand standards and ensuring operational excellence through effective stock team management. Your leadership will directly impact the store's visual presentation and inventory accuracy, contributing to an exceptional customer shopping experience.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain visual merchandising strategies to align with brand standards, ensuring the store is visually appealing and organized.
• Stock Management: Oversee the stock team to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of merchandise, maintaining optimal inventory levels on the sales floor.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operational procedures are followed, including stockroom organization, product placement, and inventory control.
• Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate stock associates to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of productivity and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with store management and sales teams to coordinate merchandising efforts and support overall store objectives.​

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail merchandising or stock management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.​
